Join us for a special evening featuring “Domaine Gille: A Toast to Terroir” with third generation Burgundy winemaker, Matthieu Gille. The evening will begin at 6:30 PM with passed hors d’oeuvres in the Library and a slide illustration of the four wines will be presented and explore what terroir means to the world of wine. Following the welcome session, guests will be escorted to dinner with Matthieu to the Booth One Chef’s Table for a traditional Burgundian four-course family-style dinner specially designed by our culinary team.
