On May 12. join Chef Naoki for an interactive “Rollin’ with Naoki” sushi class and luncheon. Hosted in one of the most impressive kitchens in Chicago, guests will be instructed on the nuances of selecting and butchering fish, seasoning rice, and traditional Japanese techniques.
After the class, dine on your creations including tuna and salmon nigiri, a spicy tuna roll, and inari sushi. The class and lunch are $49 plus tax (gratuity not included) and includes a sparkling wine toast. Guests will be able to add beer or sake for an additional $20 per person.
