Seven days, three types of spirits and one simple way to give back: That’s Negroni Week 2018. Presented by Campari and Imbibe magazine, il Porcellino joins several Chicago bars and restaurants to stir up classic Negronis and Negroni variations for a great cause. This year, Il Porcellino’s featured Negroni special is the Caprese Negroni with cherry tomato-infused Campari, mozzarella-infused Ford’s gin, basil-infused Dolin Rouge vermouth; $1 from every Negroni sold goes to benefit the Greater Chicago Food Depository.
