Learn how to make limoncello like an Italian! Chef David DiGregorio’s sesaonal ‘cello program highlights various fruits and ingredients by infusing them when they are at their peak. Our wine and beverage manager, David Johnston, will show the various steps in producing limoncello, while also allowing guests to sample other varieties, including chocolacello and grapefruitcello.
