About Event

Reserve a seat overlooking the kitchen at our exclusive Chef’s Table, as Executive Chef’s Moreno Espinoza and Oscar Huerta prepare and personally present a four-course custom gluten-free menu with optional wine pairings. Guests will enjoy a second-course of Blackened Red Fish Filet paired with M. Chapoutier ‘Belleruche’ Rose ’17, followed by a third-course of Beef Braciole paired with Brassfield Estate Winery Eruption (Malbec Blend) ’15, plus two additional gluten-free courses.
