Our cooking class is back for spring, now on Tuesday nights! Learn to prepare Asparagus & Escargot Toast with green goddess dressing and black garlic hollandaise, Atlantic Salmon with mashed peas & leeks and crème fraîche butter and Orange Vanilla Cheesecake with macerated strawberries and mint for dessert. You’ll also learn to make two of our signature cocktails, including the French Martini and “La Peche.” Enjoy each course for dinner, paired with boutique French wines. We’ll send you on your way with a recipe booklet so that you can try your hand at these delicious dishes at home. The class is priced at $55 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included).
