About Event

There is never a bad time to add a new signature dish to your repertoire! Say “bonjour” to deliciousness as you learn to prepare Spicy Salmon Tartare with avocado and gaufrette chips, Grilled Pork Tenderloin with asparagus, crispy kale, black garlic hollandaise and Creamy & Tart Lemon Custard “Posset” with market strawberries and vanilla shortbread. Enjoy each course for dinner paired with boutique French wines. We’ll send you on your way with a recipe booklet so that you can try these dishes at home.
