Join us for a Spring wine dinner as Executive Chef James Woodfork prepares a five-course menu paired with Erath Wines. Guests will enjoy a first-course of Parmesan Crusted Baked Clams paired with Erath winery Oregon Pinot Gris ’16, followed by a second-course of Scallop & Rock Shrimp Cous Cous paired with “Resplendent” Pinot Noir ’15, plus three additional courses.
