Come to Osteria Via Stato on Easter Sunday, or Pasqua as it is known in Italy, to enjoy Chef David DiGregorio’s springtime brunch buffet available from 10:30 AM – 3:00 PM. Start off with an Omelet station, and make your way through a sampling of Italian-inspired offerings that include Ciabatta ‘French’ Toast; House-made Sausage & Vegetable Strata; and a ricotta doughnut station, handmade-to-order. For kids, an Easter candy table will be set up. The brunch is $54.95 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included). Children 10 and under are $19.95 and children five and under eat free.
