About Event

Join Naoki for a Chef’s Study in BlueFin Tuna. The master sushi chef will prepare a variety of Japanese specialties sourced from an entire bluefin tuna. Dishes such as Bluefin Tartar, Toro and Akamai Nigiri, Negi Toro Maki and the Naoki-Style Bluefin Sashimi will be specials on the menu.
