About Event

Join us for a wine dinner featuring Chateau Ste. Michelle, Washington’s oldest and most acclaimed winery. Our Executive Chefs will prepare a five-course menu with wine pairings.  The evening features a first-course of Pan Seared Day Boat Sea Scallops paired with Chateau Ste. Michelle Chardonnay, Columbia Valley ’15, followed by a second-course of Beef Braciole paired with Chateau Ste. Michelle “Cold Creek” Cabernet Sauvignon ’13, plus three additional courses.
