Known for his Korean-American style of food at iconic Chicago restaurants, Chef Bill Kim has created a ‘casual and practical guide to grilling with Korean-American flavors, with 80 recipes tailored for home cooks’ in his new cookbook, Korean BBQ: Master Your Grill in Seven Sauces. Co-written with Plate Magazine editor, Chandra Ram, the duo will visit Foodease on April 25 from 12 PM -2 PM for an exclusive book signing, samples of their favorite recipes from the book, and offer up some tips and tricks for the upcoming grilling season!
